NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL LAW PURSUANT TO CANNABIS LAW §131

OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING ON-SITE CONSUMPTION

ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE TOWN OF VAN BUREN

SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Van Buren, Onondaga County, New York, at a meeting held on October 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, located at 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a local law, an abstract of which is as follows.  The full local law is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.

A LOCAL LAW PURSUANT TO CANNABIS LAW §131 OPTING OUT

OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING ON-SITE CONSUMPTION

ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE TOWN OF VAN BUREN

This local law opts out of allowing on-site consumption establishments from locating and operating within the boundaries of the Town of Van Buren.

SAID LOCAL LAW IS SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.  Petitions for a referendum may be obtained from the Town Clerk and must be filed within forty-five (45) days of the Notice of this Adoption.
